The Wren Cottage Birdhouse

Tall Country Birdhouse

Some birds prefer a condominium.

Others, apparently, have always dreamed of a cottage in the country.

With its tiny shingled roof, curling vines, perched bird and hand-painted antique copper finish, this charming little house looks as though it belongs at the end of a flower-filled garden path. At 64.5 inches tall, it rises beautifully above the perennials without overwhelming them.

Stake it among the coneflowers, beside a gate, or in that bare spot where the garden seems to be asking for something.

The residents may be temporary.

The curb appeal is not.

The Details

• Measures approximately 9.5" L × 7" W × 64.5" H
• Crafted from 100% powder-coated iron
• Hand-painted in an antique copper finish
• Distressed for a naturally aged, vintage appearance
• Weather- and rust-resistant
• Designed for year-round outdoor use
• Includes drainage holes and ventilation
• Interior birdhouse measures approximately 7" L × 6.5" W × 10" H
• Stake alone measures approximately 54" high

The hand-painted, distressed finish is intentionally imperfect, giving each birdhouse the character of a garden piece that has already lived a little.
