At Drea’s Garden, every item is created with care and intention. Because many of our products are made especially for you, we want to be clear and transparent about returns and refunds.

Garden Flags & Print-on-Demand Items

Our garden flags are printed on demand, meaning they are made to order just for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Garden flags

  • Other print-on-demand or made-to-order items

This helps us reduce waste and keep our small business sustainable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing defect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Cancellations

Because items are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for printing.

If you need help or believe you made an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before production begins.

Seasonal & In-Person Purchases

Policies for fresh flowers, plants, bulbs, or in-person purchases may vary and will be clearly communicated at the time of sale.
