There are certain things a garden doesn’t strictly need.

A sundial is one of them.

Which, naturally, is an excellent reason to have one.

Set this one among the lavender, beside a garden path, or in that sunny corner you’ve been meaning to do something with. Its dragonfly motif and aged metal finish give it the look of something that might have been keeping questionable track of the afternoon for decades.

Will it make you more punctual? Almost certainly not.
